• Ensure quality and optimal amount of performance for one of the largest US/UK/Canada based inbound projects of ePlanet.
• Design general workflow to monitor, record and evaluate the quality of customer interaction in contact center.
• Live Call Monitoring, report and mock calls.
• To attend internal and client calibration sessions and provide constructive feedback and on vital areas of call quality and performance.
• Participate in various internal/external training programs to continuously hone required skills and knowledge base as per QA perspectives.
• Communicate and report regularly to QA Manager on areas to improve vital areas of call quality and performance of the campaign.
